I’m Sarah, a lifelong baker and cereal lover. I started my first baking business as a teenager in Pennsylvania. I’ve had countless careers since then, but in 2014, it became clear that granola was my calling. I was the pastry chef at a trendy restaurant in Hollywood, and a friend asked me to make granola for his new coffee shop. It was a hit and soon others came knocking. I now sell granola and snacks at several coffee shops and farmers’ markets around LA and ship to fans nationwide.
I am seriously always hungry, so it’s been my mission to fill every Bearclaw product with lots of good energy and tons of flavor. Life is a battle and you need the right fuel to keep you going. Our motto sums it up perfectly: “Please devour and claw on.”
