What discount do you offer? 

MLBSHOP.com is proud to offer a discount of 15% to select customers who have served our country in the Military or as First Responders and their spouses and immediate families.

How does it work? 

To receive your discount, please shop as you normally would, then verify your eligibility during the shopping process using the ID.me widget on the checkout page. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotional codes and cannot be applied to gift card purchases.

How do I verify my status to receive my discount? 

Once you have loaded your shopping cart with eligible merchandise at MLBSHOP.com, simply click on the First Responder ID or Troop ID button on the checkout page. Once you verify your First Responder or Military status, ID.me will pass the discount automatically to the shopping cart and you will receive your percentage off discount.

Who is eligible?

Troop ID– Troop ID is a credential provided by ID.me that allows verified members of the military community to access exclusive offers and benefits. You are eligible for Troop ID if any of the below segments apply to you:

• Active Duty
• Inactive Reserves
• National Guard
• Veterans
• Retirees
• Spouses
• Dependents

First Responder ID - First Responder ID is a credential provided by ID.me that allows verified first responders to access exclusive offers and benefits. You are eligible for First Responder ID if any of the below segments apply to you (active or retired):

• Police Officer
• Sheriff
• State Trooper
• Veterans
• Retirees
• Spouses
• Dependents

Can I share this discount with non-Military or First Responder friends? 

No, this discount is intended to honor the service of our Active Military, Retirees, Veterans, First Responders and their spouses and immediate families.

What is ID.me?

ID.me is the first identity verification network that allows you to prove your group status online so you can access exclusive offers and benefits. You can also verify your group statuses including Military and First Responder and attach them to your ID.me account, giving you access to exclusive offers meant only for you. Your ID.me account credential consists of the email and password you choose when registering. If I sign up for ID.me will I receive newsletters and promotions from them? You may receive a message asking you if you’re interested in receiving relevant email updates, but you will not be automatically subscribed for any newsletters or required to opt-in to receive your discount.
